Air Duct System Cleaning

Here in Northern Colorado, in today's air-tight homes, Indoor Air Quality is a growing concern. Most household dust contains dust mites, mold, mildew, pollen, and animal dander. Many of these contaminants are circulated through the central air systems in most homes and can aggravate the symptoms of asthma and allergies.

How can these contaminants be removed from the duct system?

Our professionals have combined their proven techniques with the Video-assisted Rotobrush air duct cleaning system. This advanced cleaning system is the only one available that brushes and vacuums at the point of contact, eliminating the use of harsh chemicals such as sealers. You are left with the assurance of fresh, clean and virtually contaminant-free air in your home and office. Best of all, you can see how your air vents look before and after on our video monitor to know they are clean.

How Does It Work?

When it comes to ourDuct Cleaning services, we clean the register covers to remove cooking film, nicotine film and other dust-collecting substances. The air ducts are then brush vacuumed clean by running our exclusive, patented Rotobrush hose and brush down each duct. We deep clean the source of the air supply including the air duct mains so that the entire system is cleaned, top to bottom.  We offer superior air duct cleaning services throughout Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Windsor, Boulder, Superior, Lafayette, Erie, Longmont, and Loveland.

Some of our Air Duct cleaning customers in Northern Colorado include: Armadillo Property Management (Ft Collins), Paul Davis Restoration (Ft Collins), All Phase Restoration (Windsor), Touchstone property management (Ft Collins), Estes Park Vacation Rentals (Estes Park)

We are often asked whether new homes need to have their air ducts cleaned.

The answer really depends on whether or not the construction workers were careful to close off the air returns and vent covers while doing work such as sheetrock, sanding floors, etc.  If the air conditioning or heater was running during construction, then yes you should have the air ducts cleaned.  We often pull out soda cans, fast food wrappers, and have even found tools which could have only been left by contractors during construction.

RODENT REMOVAL:  Occasionally, we get calls because there is a "dead animal" smell coming from the vents.  We have a 100% success rate thus far in finding the source.  As recently as 12/21/13 we removed a rodent from the system of a house in Windsor, but the customers had wasted money on another duct cleaning company the day before, yet they did not find anything.  We were there and had the problem taken care of within an hour, and the customer had the bad odor removed just in time for Christmas.  We have removed such critters as a hampster, chinchilla, mice (the most common), but once even had to find a cat.  The homowners had the return covers off to paint, and the cat went down the register and got lost in the system!  We were successful in retrieving their pet.
