PRICE: We provide quality Longmont Window Cleaning at reasonable rates. We have a formula for bidding windows based on levels of difficulty, which allows us to bid consistently.

DETAIL: We wipe the edges of the window and the sill after using a squeegee. Most window cleaners do not do this because it eats into their hourly rate; however, we are more interested in providing a quality service, leaving the customer believing every dollar spent was worth it. We provide the same quality of service for commercial buildings as we do for residential.

NO SHORTCUTS: We use proper equipment that allows us to get right to your windows without the use of squeegees on a pole. How can the window cleaner tell if there are no streaks from twenty feet below? He can't! From twenty feet below there is no way to wipe the window sill or the strip of water left by the squeegee.

DEPENDABILITY: We will call the day before an appointment to confirm, and we will show up to appointments on time. We will provide service on a schedule if that is what is requested.

FREE Estimates

We provide free estimates for window cleaning.  We simply walk around the perimeter of the house to count window panes, and check out landscaping issues and height of windows.  There is no residential window cleaning job we cannot do because we have equipment necessary to clean windows on highrise buildings.

INSURANCE and WORKERS COMP

Do not put yourself at risk by hiring a company which is not properly covered to work on your property. We have the highest level of liability insurance available for window cleaners.  Most window cleaning companies have only janitorial liability insurance, which only covers work done on the ground level.  If they drop a ladder through a window, or cause any other kind of damage they will not be covered once the insurance company does an investigation, which means you will be left holding the bag. 

Another precaution you should take to protect yourself is to make sure the people you have on your property are covered by workers compensation.  Some companies pay their hired window cleaners as contract labor to save money on payroll and insurance; however, this puts you, the customer at risk should somebody fall off of a ladder and injure themsleves seriously. 

We would be happy to provide you with certificates of Liability insurance and Workers Comp.  We can either fax or have our agent email them to you.  We might not be the most inexpensive window cleaning company in town, but we are the best, and one of the ways we show we care about our customers is to protect them by following the rules and regulation in our industry.  No Shortcuts.
